These terms apply to your use of the carenest 360 website, including the waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them.
Pre-launch service
carenest 360 is not yet open to the public. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, or create any obligation for you or us. Features shown on the site are previews and may change before launch; sample figures shown in product previews are illustrative only.
Not a care provider or employer
carenest 360 is a software platform. We do not provide care, employ caregivers, or verify, screen or background-check anyone unless we expressly say so for a specific feature. Always make your own checks before hiring or accepting work.
Acceptable use
Do not submit someone else's email address, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
