What we collect

While registration is closed, the only personal information we collect through the website is what you submit on the waitlist form:

• your email address;
• the account type you are interested in (caregiver, care business or service provider);
• the date you joined and whether our confirmation email was sent.

How we use it

We use your email address only to confirm that you joined the waitlist and to tell you when open registration begins. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored with our cloud hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) and, when emails are sent, processed by our email delivery provider. These providers act on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until open registration launches and we have notified you, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your waitlist entry at any time by emailing hello@carenest360.com from the address you registered. Every notification we send also tells you how to unsubscribe.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored in a private database that is not reachable from the internet, and accessible only to authorised administrators.

Children

carenest 360 is intended for adults. Do not join the waitlist if you are under 18.

Changes

We will update this page before we collect any additional information, including when accounts open. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
